Shipping Policy

Postage and Shipping All orders placed will be posted the next working day. For example and order placed on Monday will be posted on Tuesday. All orders will be posted Royal Mail 24. A tracking number will be provided. Please note Royal Mail 24 is an aim and not a guarantee. Any orders made on a Friday will be posted on Saturday however any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday.

Due to the nature of the product, these are excluded from Royal Mail's claim policy and CANNOT be claimed against. By ordering from this website you agree to accept the risk that if your product is lost or delivered incorrectly by Royal Mail you are unable to be refunded or have the product replaced.
